This policy explains how 2nd Chance LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the AccessAble mobile app and this website. Information that rental applicants and residents provide to our real estate division is handled under their lease and application terms and is not used by the AccessAble app.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and name if you sign in with email, Apple or Google. You may also use the app as a guest.
• Content you submit: accessibility reports, ratings, comments and photos. Reports and photos are public and visible to other users.
• Location: with your permission, your device location to show nearby places on the map. You can turn this off at any time in your device settings.
• Questions to Ask AccessAble: the questions you type, which are processed to generate an answer.
• Device and usage data: app version, device type, crash reports and general usage statistics.
• Advertising identifiers: if you use the free, ad-supported version, our ad partner may use your device's advertising identifier, subject to your device's tracking settings.

How we use information

To operate and improve the app, display accessibility information, answer your questions, keep the service safe, fix problems, show ads in the free version, and communicate with you about your account.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run the app, including Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in, database, storage and analytics), Google Maps Platform (maps and place search), Google AdMob (advertising) and a third-party AI provider that processes Ask AccessAble questions on our servers. These providers process data only to deliver their services to us.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can view and edit your reports in the app, delete your account from the Profile screen, disable location access, and limit ad tracking in your device settings. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email info@2ndchancellc.com.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit.

Children

AccessAble is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
