Building second chances.
2nd Chance LLC provides quality rental homes in Clayton, North Carolina, and restores rundown homes in Mason City, Iowa. Through our App Studio, we also design and build our own mobile apps.
Homes first. Then everything else.
2nd Chance LLC is a residential real estate company. In Clayton, North Carolina, we own and manage quality rental homes. In Mason City, Iowa, our restoration division takes on rundown, neglected houses and turns them around, making the block safer and giving families a second chance at a home of their own.
Our App Studio is where we turn big ideas into mobile apps for iOS and Android, from everyday tools to games and beyond. Our first release, AccessAble, is a community-powered guide to the accessibility of real-world places.
